Terms and Conditions for Hot Air Balloon Ride Services
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services offered by THECLOUDFUN SRL, CUI RO44895110, headquartered in Sânpetru, Brasov, Str. Speranței no. 26, hereinafter referred to as the “Company.” By booking a hot air balloon ride through the communication means provided by the Company, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services Offered
The Company offers hot air balloon rides in various designated locations, depending on weather conditions and other variables. The experience includes preliminary preparation, the actual flight, and safe landing.
2. Reservations
Reservations for hot air balloon rides can be made through the following communication means:

To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total service price or full payment is required. Payment details will be provided after contacting us through one of the above-mentioned methods. The remaining 50% of the service price must be paid at the time of the flight.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation at least 72 hours before the scheduled flight time:
– Cancellation can be made without incurring any additional cost. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the paid deposit.
3.2. Cancellation less than 72 hours before the scheduled flight time:
– If the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled flight time, the Company will retain 10% of the total service amount. The remaining amount will be refunded.
3.3. Cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions:
– If the flight is canceled by the Company due to unfavorable weather conditions or other safety-related reasons, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid (including the deposit) or, at your choice, reschedule the flight for a later date.
4. Weather Conditions
The safety of our clients is the Company’s primary priority. Hot air balloon rides are heavily influenced by weather conditions. If the weather conditions are not favorable for flight, the Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the flight, even shortly before the scheduled time. In such cases, clients are entitled to a full refund or rescheduling.
5. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for arriving at the designated meeting location on time for the flight. Delay or failure to appear at the scheduled time may result in the loss of the right to participate in the flight without any refund entitlement.
6. Compliance with Instructions
Before the flight, the pilot will conduct a detailed briefing on safety measures and appropriate behavior during the experience. Each client is required to strictly follow all instructions provided by the pilot. 7. Amendments to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the contact means provided by the client. Continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of these changes.
8. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Brasov.
